TERMS OF AGREEMENT:


All charters require a $500.00 deposit to secure a date. Charter date is not secure until payment is received. 


Deposit is non-refundable unless MIDDLEBANK SPORT FISHING, LLC is notified of a cancelation at least 7 days prior to charter date. If a charter must be canceled after the grace period, it may be rebooked within the calendar year.


MIDDLEBANK SPORT FISHING, LLC will give the charter master as much notice as possible for canceling a charter due to conditions such as but not limited to, inclement weather or mechanical failure, however, the Captain may cancel or modify a charter due to any unforeseen condition or event that arises at the dock or during the charter. If MIDDLEBANK SPORT FISHING, LLC finds it necessary to cancel a charter on the contracted date, the charter can be rebooked or refunded in full. 


It is customary to tip your crew 15-20% of your total charter cost. Tip will be paid in cash directly to your crew.
