- Check in begins 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure time. Please arrive NO LATER than 30 minutes prior to departure. Have your printed ticket or emailed ticket available for check in. 

- The boat will not wait for late arrivals! Late arrivals will forfeit their fare. 

- No refunds will be given for no shows.

- If MIDDLEBANK SPORT FISHING,LLC finds it necessary to cancel a trip due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances, your ticket can be transferred to another available date or a full refund will be given. You will be notified of a cancelation via email. Please check your emails before leaving for your trip. 

- Any trip cancelled 24 hours in advance will be given a refund in full or the opportunity to reschedule.
