- No refunds will be given for no shows or anyone who misses the boat.
- A reservation must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
- No refunds will be given at the dock for absent group members.
- If MIDDLEBANK SPORT FISHING,LLC finds it necessary to cancel a trip due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances, a full refund will be given.

-Ticket purchaser and all guests release CCM and it's directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses relating to injuries or arising from injuries or incurred by the ticket purchaser or guests while on the premises of CCM.
- This vessel obeys all state fishing regulations and will not be held responsible for passengers who violate such laws.
- The law forbids the use of illegal drugs or hard liquor aboard the vessel. Passengers who do not comply with this regulation will be turned over to the U.S. Coast Guard and removed from the vessel.
- The crew aboard MIDDLEBANK II takes every precaution to ensure a safe fishing trip. Passengers accept the inherent risks of fishing, such as the possibility of cuts and punctures by fish hooks, tools, fish bites, & spines, or from any self-inflicted injury such as, but not limited to, tripping and falling, and will not hold liable the crew of the MIDDLEBANK II for any such injuries.
- Customer assumes responsibility for loss or severely damaged rental equipment. The fee for lost or damaged equipment is $200.00.
